EFT Tapping

 Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping or ‘Psychological Acupressure’ is an effective alternative treatment that can help manage physical and emotional distress. It is based on the same Chinese medicine as acupuncture, but instead of using needles, it uses fingertips to apply pressure to meridian points (or energy ‘hot spots’) in the body to restore its energy balance. For children, it helps to guide them to better know and understand their bodies, locate where they are feeling uneasy and tap through potentially blocked energy so they can feel energised and focused.
